This program will focus on advancing the right to employment for people with disabilities in 5 local governments in Peru. This pilot initiative, through tailored capacity building of local government, alliances between private and public sector, cultural change and DPOs engagement,  will develop a gender-sensitive management model and a results-oriented budgetary programme which will set the basis for scaling up in other districts.
